SDI to Support NOAALink in Partnership with SMRC

SDI will support NOAALink, an IT infrastructure planning and acquisition process for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

NOAALink recently completed a refresh of its Small Business (SB) pool of contractors by awarding Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to four additional contractors, bringing the total to nine. System Dynamics International (SDI) is proud to announce membership in the SM Resources Corporation (SMRC) winning team in support of the NOAALink SB Refresh (Phase Two) project by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) an agency under the Department of Commerce (DOC).

NOAALink SB Refresh is a 4-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $2.5B ceiling. The work under this contract falls under four Core Management Service components consisting of infrastructure management, customer care, business management, and information security and risk management.

NOAALink is an IT infrastructure planning and acquisition process that offers NOAA’s IT organizations a broad range of cost-effective, enterprise-wide IT solutions, while improving IT service delivery and meeting NOAA's technology, contracting, and financial goals. NOAALink’s principle purpose is to improve IT acquisition practices across NOAA. NOAALink aims to establish enterprise-wide solutions, standardize common IT products and services, and leverage purchasing power. In doing so, NOAALink strives to recognize the most significant cost advantages possible.
